Training, Documentation, and Help Desk Support

The SDCOE PeopleSoft Support Team has many functions. We support PeopleSoft Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Hyperion. We do this by creating documentation, guides, and job aids. We conduct training, workshops, webinars and open labs in both on-ground and online formats. To keep you informed, we do frequent communications to the district and charter school contacts.

We support the following Oracle PeopleSoft applications for local education agencies in San Diego County:

SDCOE Service Portal

We support each organization's PeopleSoft Contacts using a ticketing system called the SDCOE Service Portal. For more information about the SDCOE Service Portal, please see this announcement from March 2019.


We handle Security requests including role and permission list creation, user role assignments, and workflow configuration. Please note that our team does not reset users' PeopleSoft passwords; that is a district responsibility. For more information about Security, please see the Security page.
