Effective September 16, 2019, SDCOE Integrated Technology Services is happy to announce some exciting changes designed to improve your customer experience.
What has changed?
A new department has been formed named ITS Services and Solutions. This department serves as your one-stop shop to receive PeopleSoft, SIS, CALPADS and technical support from the SDCOE. John Vaillancourt serves as Senior Director of this department.
The Customer Resource Center has been renamed "PeopleSoft Support." The PeopleSoft Support team is led by Sally Morton.
Functional experts have been added to the PeopleSoft Support team to provide additional expertise. They are assigned a case load of districts and will serve as a liaison to those districts. The functional experts will take ownership of incidents and requests and will see them through to completion.
Why is this happening?
Feedback from district stakeholders and internal process improvement exercises highlighted the need to rethink how PeopleSoft Support is provided. Relationship building will be core to our new strategy so the PeopleSoft Support team can better understand and meet your needs.
