New reporting system to access legacy payroll data is here!

SDCOE Integrated Technology Services is pleased to announce that the new reporting system to access legacy payroll data is available at https://legacyinfo.sdcoe.net. The recommended browsers are Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (not recommended - Internet Explorer).

Who can access the historical reporting system?

If you have access to Legacy Payroll and have an SDCOE VPN account you will be able to access this system. Click “Go” on the main screen, then sign in as shown below.

What information is currently available?

Please visit legacyinfo.sdcoe.net to access legacy payroll data. The following payroll reports are available now with more to come.

  • BDEMP

  • CYRTD

  • CYRTDPrnt

  • ABATQ

  • ABATL

How can I learn how to use the system?

View the “How To Videos” on legacyinfo.sdcoe.net that explain how to log into the system and use the reports.

How can I get help?

• • Need an account: If you do not have an SDCOE VPN account and require access to legacyinfo.sdcoe.net please complete the Legacy Info Account Request Form to request an account.

  • Need a password reset: If you do not remember your password to your SDCOE VPN account please email jvaillancourt@sdcoe.net.

  • Questions or issues: For any other questions or issues about the legacy reporting system not related to a new account or password reset, please ask your PeopleSoft Contact to submit a HEAT ticket. The ticket will be routed to ITS.
