The SDCOE Customer Resource Center (CRC) creates documentation, guides, and job aids; conducts training and demos for PeopleSoft Finance, HCM, and Hyperion; provides help desk support; conducts workshops and labs; and communicates information to district and charter school contacts. Our staff is made up of 4 Finance analysts, 4 HCM analysts, 3 technicians, 1 supervisor, and 1 director.
Beginning in January 2014, in conjunction with the Modernization, Improvement and Transformation Initiative (MITI), the CRC provides training and support as Oracle PeopleSoft is implemented across San Diego County. We support the following applications:
The CRC provides software quality assurance, user support, and technical assistance to school districts, training and procedural materials for the SDCOE Legacy Applications which include Financial Information System (FIS), Payroll/Personnel System, and subsystems that are created and maintained by the Information Management Services within the SDCOE.
