Our Services

Training, Documentation, and Help Desk Support

As part of Education Business Services (EBS), the SDCOE Customer Resource Center (CRC) creates documentation, guides, and job aids; conducts training and demos for PeopleSoft Finance, HCM, and Hyperion; provides help desk support; conducts workshops and labs; and communicates information to district and charter school contacts. Our staff is made up of 4 Finance analysts, 4 HCM analysts, 1 Security analyst, 2 technicians, 1 office assistant, 1 supervisor, and 1 director.

The CRC provides training and support for Oracle PeopleSoft for local education agencies in San Diego County. We support the following applications:

HEAT Ticket System

The CRC supports each organization's PeopleSoft Contacts using a ticketing system called HEAT.

The CRC handles Security requests including role and permission list creation, user role assignments, and workflow configuration.

The CRC does not reset users' PeopleSoft passwords; that is a district responsibility.
