NCREC PeopleSoft Classes

NCREC stands for North Country Regional Education Center.

NOTE: Some classes are held downstairs in Communications Labs 2/4.

Park in the parking garage on either floor. Park anywhere but reserved/marked spots. Overflow is Boys & Girls Club across the street.

For PeopleSoft training, please go directly to the 2nd floor. Training is in Classrooms A & B. Under some circumstances, training will be held downstairs in the Communication Labs. Please refer to your class schedule.

Training Hours
Our PeopleSoft Finance classes typically run 9:30 am – 4:00 pm. Please see your class schedule for the specific start and end times.

For all-day classes, lunch is scheduled from 12:30-1:30 pm.

Off-site lunch options: Please see the Restaurant Map for lunch options.

On-site lunch option: There is a cafeteria on the premises with a set menu that is open from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. It is in a relocatable building south of NCREC. Meals are $4.75 (cash only). Menu is available at Soda/snack machines are located in upstairs and downstairs break rooms.

Where to eat: Indoor and outdoor seating is available on the first floor. There are also two tables by the cafeteria.

Where to buy coffee: Not onsite. Go to the 76 gas station next to NCREC or down San Marcos Blvd to Starbucks on the right-hand side past McDonalds.

WiFi Access
There is guest WiFi access. The access code is posted on the wall of Classrooms A & B.

The Finance trainers from the CRC are: Teri Byrne (Budget Monitoring, Hyperion), Jocelyn Milla (Purchasing, Inventory, Asset Management), and Michele O'Hagan (Accounts Payable), and Barbara Thiss (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable).

The HCM trainers are: Becky Fino (HR), Heela Tucker (Benefits, Absence Management), Rich Fayad (Time & Labor, Absence Management), and Rick Gardner (Payroll).

Evacuation Procedures
In the case of an emergency evacuation, please stay with your CRC Instructor. You will evacuate to the Boys & Girls Club across the street.
