For Preliminary, Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 districts Purchasing staff only
The SDCOE CRC is pleased to offer four sections of a Year End Closing Purchasing session on Monday, March 14, 2016 and Friday, March 18, 2016! There are a total of 70 seats available over the four sections offered, with two dates and two different locations to choose from (SDCOE and NCREC). The session will be a combination of information, timelines, discussion, and a hands-on activity. This session is in lieu of the previously communicated one-day event on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 that included two sessions, one for Purchasing (morning session) and Inventory (afternoon session). We heard the April date was not soon enough to plan for Purchasing staff and we went back to the drawing board.
NOTE: The SDCOE Financial Accounting department will have their annual workshop on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 and further details will be announced from Financial Accounting soon.
ABOUT THE MARCH SESSION – WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The session is YEPO (Year End Purchasing session) and it will be offered four times. You will only register for one section. We are kindly asking that you bring a maximum of three people from your district. If you have a need to bring more than three people from your district, please contact Vanessa Boyle at email@example.com.

The CRC will be providing support for an upcoming Year End session for Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Commitment Control. Open labs will also be offered. Please be on the lookout for those dates/times soon.
