Finance staff: The SDCOE CRC is pleased to offer four sections of a Year End Closing Finance session on Monday, May 9, 2016 and Wednesday, May 11, 2016! There are a total of 80 seats available over the four sections offered at two locations – SDCOE and NCREC training facilities. The purpose of this session is to provide an overview of the steps you will take for year end closing in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commitment Control and General Ledger. Barbara Thiss and Teri Byrne (CRC Systems Analysts) will conduct the session.
NOTE: The SDCOE Financial Accounting department will conduct their annual workshop on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 and cover general accounting information, closing schedules, closing entries and accruals, indirect costs, and accounting updates. Further details will be announced from Financial Accounting soon.

We are kindly asking that you bring a maximum of three people from your district.
