Vouchers not processing for some districts

Today, May 10, 2016, some districts are encountering a problem when trying to run actions for their vouchers (Budget Checking, Matching, etc.). The process seems to run but the Submit Approval button does not appear and statuses are not updated. If you look on the Process Monitor screen you will see Warning as the Run Status. We are working on this issue.
