Tue, 03/26/19 is the last day to use HEAT Self-Service to submit a new support ticket

HEAT Last Day is 3/26/19

Tuesday, March 26, 2019, is the last day to use HEAT Self-Service to submit a new support ticket. You can continue to log into HEAT until April 30 – please just don’t use it to submit a new ticket.

Starting Wednesday, March 27, please use the new SDCOE Service Portal at https://service.sdcoe.net for PeopleSoft assistance. Please see http://crc.sdcoe.net/projects/servicenow for details.

If you have an active HEAT ticket that was submitted prior to January 1, 2019, we have already migrated it to the SDCOE Service Portal. Go to the Check Status screen and look for the Short Description that begins with "HEAT” (see yellow highlight below). Click the INC hyperlink to review the ticket details.

If you have an active HEAT ticket that was submitted on or after January 1, 2019, we will migrate it to the SDCOE Service Portal by Friday, April 12.
