SQL error on Distributed User Profiles screen in Portal

To staff responsible for resetting PeopleSoft passwords (M_SECURITY_LEVEL1 role): Currently when you attempt to find a user in Portal on the Distributed User Profiles screen, a SQL error occurs. The message reads: “A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.” This has been reported to the MITI Technical Team and is being looked at. Currently you will not be able to reset a user’s forgotten password. If you need immediate assistance with resetting a user’s password, please contact the CRC.
