Some users receiving Authorization Error when attempting to access HCM

This morning Grossmont, Cajon Valley, South Bay, and La Mesa-Spring Valley (LMSV) have notified the CRC that some users are unable to access HCM due an “Authorization Error – Contact System Administrator” message. LMSV indicated that only some staff are receiving the error, not all. The error is occurring after logging into Portal, then clicking the HCM link.

This has been escalated to the technical team and is being addressed.
