SDCOE PeopleSoft Support and Business Services update during the COVID-19 closure from 03/16/20 - 04/03/20

PeopleSoft Support update:

We anticipate PeopleSoft Support staff to continue working from home for the remainder of the COVID-19 SDCOE closure period (03/16/20 - 04/03/20) and possibly longer. During the closure period, please use the Service Portal to request assistance at There are no staff onsite to answer the PeopleSoft Support line, 1-800-289-1500. However, callers can leave a voicemail which will create a Service Portal ticket automatically and attach your voicemail to the ticket. All PeopleSoft Support staff now have the capability to work tickets remotely from home. However, we intend to perform the majority of our communication through the Service Portal or email. Bomgar or Zoom sessions can be used to facilitate troubleshooting sessions.
