REMINDER: Only use the “Don’t Match” option for Zero Priced line items

As a reminder, only use the “Don’t Match” option for Zero Priced line items. Directions to use this option are available in the “Zero Priced Line Item” section of the PO2 Purchase Orders guide.
For non-Zero Priced line items on your Purchase Order, DO NOT CHANGE the Matching status. By changing the Matching status to “Don’t Match”, the Purchase Order will be closed in the weekly batch process (PO reconciliation) that runs on Thursday evenings.
