Remember to clear your browser cache

When working in PeopleSoft, it is a good practice to clear your browser cache at least monthly. If you notice odd behavior, try clearing your cache to see if that fixes the issue. For directions, please refer to How to clear your cache.

Still experiencing odd behavior? Try a different browser. Or try opening a New incognito window (Chrome), New private window (Firefox), or New session (Internet Explorer). If you continue to have a problem, please contact the Customer Resource Center by creating a HEAT ticket.
