Remember to clear your browser cache

When working in PeopleSoft, it is a good practice to clear your browser cache at least monthly. MITI and the CRC have seen some “unexplained” things that are resolved once the cache is cleared. If you notice odd behavior, try clearing your cache to see if that fixes the issue. If you continue to have a problem, please call the CRC at (800) 289-1500.
