Query Manager Finance updates (08/02/17)

Here are some August 2017 updates regarding Query Manager for Finance.
  • There are currently 72 “Q” Query Manager users from 29 organizations who can edit and create PeopleSoft Finance queries.

  • The 29 organizations trained in Query Manager for Finance are (# in parentheses is the number of trained users): Bonsall (3), Carlsbad (3), Coronado (2), DAS District 90 (1), Dehesa (1), Del Mar (2), Encinitas (3), Escondido Charter (2), Escondido High (1), Escondido Elementary (2), Fallbrook Elementary (3), Heritage Digital Academy (2), Heritage K8 Charter (3), Jamul-Dulzura (1), Julian Charter (1), Julian Elementary (2), La Mesa-Spring Valley (5), Lakeside (3), National (2), Oceanside (4), Poway (5), Ramona (3), Rancho Santa Fe (1), San Diego County Office of Education (2), San Marcos (5), San Pasqual (2), Santee (2), SIA Tech (3), and Vista (3).

  • 12 “Q” users participated in the Query Manager Summer Workshop in July 2017 where they shared ideas with one another. The participating 8 districts were: Bonsall (presenter), Carlsbad, Coronado, Fallbrook Elementary (presenter), Lakeside, Oceanside (presenter), Poway, and San Diego County Office of Education.

  • The next Query Manager Finance training (QY2-7) is on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Remember that Query Manager access is intended for a limited number of employees per organization (typically up to 3 but may vary based on district size and need). In order to be a user of Query Manager you must have experience with Excel and database structure (tables, fields, criteria, joins, etc.). NOTE: You must obtain permission from your organization's PeopleSoft Contact prior to registering for and attending this course.
