Portal access now available (10:38 am)

We had reported earlier (10:09 am) that users were getting a spinning wheel when trying to access HCM. We noticed that it was an issues getting to the actual Portal. We found a process running that required a large amount of data was slowing the system. We stopped the process and access was restored.
