EBS will be moving from the HEAT ticket system to the SDCOE Service Portal (ServiceNow) on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. All existing HEAT users will automatically have accounts created (no action needed), and any active HEAT tickets as of March 26 will be moved to the SDCOE Service Portal. We will be sending each district’s Primary PeopleSoft Contacts the Excel files of your HEAT ticket history in case you have a need to retrieve the information from your closed tickets.


Please log into HEAT Self-Service and look at the home page to retrieve your temporary password that has been issued to you.

Wednesday, March 27, 2019 will be your first day to enter support tickets using the SDCOE Service Portal at

Tuesday, March 26, 2019 will be your final day to use HEAT Self-Service to enter a new support ticket. (However, you will have until April 30 to log into HEAT Self-Service to look up a previously entered ticket.)
