PeopleSoft WorkCenter Surveys (July 19-27, 2019)

These PeopleSoft WorkCenter surveys are for any employee at a school, district office, or County Office of Education who use any of these PeopleSoft modules: Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, General Ledger, Purchasing (Buyer), Asset Management, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, and/or Human Resources. Please forward this email to the rest of your team so they may participate as well.

With the Fluid upgrade, we will be adding and updating PeopleSoft WorkCenters. We are asking for your feedback on the hyperlinks that will be include in these WorkCenters. The Third Thursday WorkCenter presentation we did on Thursday, July, 18, 2019 is available on the CRC Website. It provides a PeopleSoft Sneak Peek - Using WorkCenters to Streamline Your Work. You can use this presentation to get an overview of each WorkCenter before you complete the surveys.

Survey Instructions:
  • Surveys will be available from Friday, July 19 - Saturday, July 27, 2019.
  • Below are links to surveys. There is a separate one for each WorkCenter
  • The survey is divided into sections that correspond to the different sections of the WorkCenter. You will select "Yes" if you would like the item included in the WorkCenter. Select "No" if you feel it should not be included. Or select "No Preference"
