Recently, MITI and the CRC have received several requests for PeopleSoft demonstrations. In 2015, we are beginning a series of PeopleSoft "Third Thursday" demos for any district in the county – those of you that began using PeopleSoft last year, those that just started, and those that are coming onboard in 2015 and 2016. Each month we will pick a different topic and conduct a short webinar to give you exposure to the new system. Topics will be related to Finance (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Budget Monitoring, and so on) and Human Capital Management (Human Resources, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, and so on).
We invite you to join tomorrow’s Third Thursday PeopleSoft Demo on the Procure-to-Pay Process. This is a 45-minute, high-level overview related to requisitions, purchase orders, and AP vouchers. Jocelyn Milla, CRC Systems Analyst, will walk through each step of this process in PeopleSoft beginning with creating a requisition to issuing an AP warrant. Registration is required.
