Please join the SDCOE CRC for this month's Third Thursday demonstration on Users and Roles in PeopleSoft. We will explain how users are set up (and how they are different than employees) and review Finance and HCM roles. We will also show some queries you can run related to users/roles. This session is intended for district office staff involved with determining which roles a user should have. If you are responsible for submitting HEAT tickets to request that a user’s roles are modified, this demo is right for you!
