PeopleSoft now available to all users

Some users were getting the message “not authorized for this page” when logging into PeopleSoft Portal. We found that a process that updates user security had stopped and only updated some of the users. Process has been run and all users should now be able to log in.

If you are still getting the message that you are not authorized or cannot log in, clear cache and restart browser. If this does not work, please put in a HEAT ticket with the employee IDs so that we can research the individual user.
