PeopleSoft Finance performance issues reported on 11/09/15

Today, November 9, 2015, we are continuing to troubleshoot the PeopleSoft Finance issues reported by Poway, Carlsbad, La Mesa-Spring Valley, and SDCOE. Today we received the following reports: (A) users getting kicked out of PeopleSoft Finance – this continues from last week, (B) users cannot log into PeopleSoft Finance, and (C) users experiencing slowness in PeopleSoft Finance. All of these need to be researched separately. 

If you experience any of these problems, please clear your browser cache or try a different browser to see if the problem still occurs.

If you continue to experience any of these problems, please create a HEAT Ticket and include the following information, including a screenshot.

SCENARIO A: KICKED OUT
  1. Date/time you got kicked out 
  2. Screen you were using and/or what task you were performing. Please include the navigation (Main Menu > ________ > ________). 
  3. What happened when you got kicked out (taken to login page, shown an error message, taken to a blank page, etc.)

SCENARIO B: CAN’T LOG IN
  1. Date/time you couldn’t log in 
  2. What happened when you couldn’t log in (taken to login page, shown an error message, taken to a blank page, etc.)

SCENARIO C: SLOWNESS
  1. Date/time of slowness 
  2. Screen you were using and/or what task you were performing. Please include the navigation (Main Menu > ________ > ________). 
  3. What happened when you had the slowness (spinning wheel, frozen screen, etc.)
