PeopleSoft Email links won't work when using Secure Auth remote access

If you are using Secure Auth to access PeopleSoft remotely, email links for things like approvals will not work.

You will need to do approvals manually by using the Worklist:
  • Go to PeopleSoft Home page
  • Under Notifications, go to Worklist
  • Click on the ## active Worklist items in Finance or HCM
  • This will take you to the list of items that need approval.

You can also navigate to the Worklist.
  • Go to NavBar
  • Click Navigation
  • Select FSCM or HCM
  • Click on Worklist
  • Click on Worklist from the list
