For Preliminary and Group 1 districts
The San Diego County Office of Education has printed the PeopleSoft 2014 Supplier 1099s along with a 1099 Withholding To Send Detail Report for your district. You will be receiving these two items via truck mail. SDCOE will submit Supplier 1099 IRS information and State information electronically. The Supplier 1099s must be postmarked by January 31, 2015. Please apply postage and mail the recipient copy if the information in PeopleSoft is correct. Be advised that you previously received a report of Supplier 1099 data and had an opportunity to make corrections/updates as needed. Any corrections/updates made in PeopleSoft have been included in the printed Supplier 1099s.If the information in PeopleSoft is incorrect, the 1096 Annual Summary and Transmittal form will be required. Contact your nearest IRS source to obtain blank 1096/1099 stock for corrections. You can also contact the IRS Service Form Distribution Center at (800) 829-3676 or order the forms online at www.irs.gov.
