New SDCOE Service Portal coming in March for PeopleSoft users who enter support tickets

On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, all PeopleSoft users who submit HEAT tickets will begin using the SDCOE Service Portal (powered by ServiceNow) to submit tickets for support.

To learn more about the transition from HEAT to the SDCOE Service Portal, you can:
  • Read information at http://crc.sdcoe.net/projects/servicenow

  • Attend a 90-minute demo/presentation on February 28, March 1, or March 22 (various locations) – REGISTER USING GSMU

  • Read the job aid (to be published mid-March)

  • Attend the Third Thursday Demo on March 21, or watch it later on playback

  • Attend a hands-on training recommended for Primary PeopleSoft Contacts and “HEAT Point People” on March 12 or March 22 (various locations) – REGISTER USING GSMU

  • Participate in a live online training on the day of go live, March 27, at 9:00, 11:00, 1:00, or 3:00 pm
