The Revised Budget Summary Report is a new report available in PeopleSoft Finance that shows five columns of financial information. The report shows current budget, actual expenses or revenue, encumbrances, pre-encumbrances, and remaining balance.
The report provides a variety of parameters available to select what information to show on the report which is similar to the RBSBEX and SUMINC reports. This report differs from the Budget Summary Report in that this one shows actual posted expenses from the general ledger.
