New PeopleSoft ESS Personal Information update functionality now available

The PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service (ESS) Personal Information update functionality for employees is now available.

This delivered functionality allows employees to add/update their address, phone number, email address and emergency contact online in PeopleSoft ESS. The ESS Personal Information page can be found on the ESS Home Page under Quick Links. Mobile and personal devices such as home computers can all be used to navigate to the ESS Home Page.

This project came about as part of our COVID-19 response to having accurate and up-to-date information on our employees. We have several support materials to help you with this new process.

ESS Personal Information Webinar (16:04) was conducted on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 for district HCM staff to see how employees can add/update their personal information and is available for playback.
