New optional Payroll Status prompt added to the M_AM_DISTRICT_BALANCES query; Modification to ACA Report by District for assisting districts using 3rd Party Administrators

New optional Payroll Status prompt added to the M_AM_DISTRICT_BALANCES query:
A new Payroll Status optional prompt has been added to the District Absence Balances M_AM_DISTRICT_BALANCES query. The Payroll Status optional prompt allows you to display absence balance information for employees having a specific employee status, such as “Active”. This new prompt is optional. Leave the Payroll Status optional prompt blank to return absence balance information for all employees regardless of their employee status.

Modification to ACA Report by District to assist districts that use 3rd Party vendors for their ACA Administration:


At the request of a district, the ACA Report by District has been modified to address an issue with the under reporting of hours worked for some employees. The report has been updated and now include the missing hours worked. Go to the NavBar > SDCOE Custom > Benefits > Reports > ACA Report by District to run this report:
