NEW: “Forgot Password” now available for the SDCOE Service Portal

Today, April 9, 2019, there is a new “Forgot Password” feature for the SDCOE Service Portal.

You will see a “Forgot Password” link on the login page at https://service.sdcoe.net.

To use this feature, you must first select and answer 3 security questions. This is done from Homepage > EBS (blue button) > ServiceNow Password Reset Enrollment.
