For Group 3 Finance districts
This week we created a brand new class called AP2 Suppliers Only. You can register for AP2-01 which will be taught on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 9:30-11:30 am. This class is intended for staff who need to learn how to add/edit Suppliers (vendors) but don’t need to attend the two-day Accounts Payable AP1 class because they are not AP staff (like Purchasing staff, for example). To register, please go to Go Sign Me Up and look for AP2-01.
NOTES: If you attend AP1, you do not need to attend AP2. If you have staff registered for AP1 and they really only need Suppliers only, please cancel their registration for AP1 and add them to AP2-01.
