Modifications to Manage Requisitions and Purchase Order screens

The Manage Requisitions screen was modified to show only your district staff when you click the Requester lookup.

The same change was made to the Buyer lookup field on the Purchase Order screen at Main Menu> Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs. NOTE: You may see MITI/CRC staff members in this list.
