Line descriptions for AR ChartStrings available

Issue: You requested the ability to write line descriptions for AR ChartStrings.

Resolution: Use the Line Desc field.

Go to Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Payments > Direct Journal Payments > Create Accounting Entries.
Go to the Currency Details tab.
Scroll right to the Line Descr field. Enter a description.
Go back to the ChartFields tab to do the next entry.
