From MITI: All reported and payable time has been cleared out. Exception Hourly time for June has already been applied. No absences prior to June have been cleared out.
- If time is being added to a prior period, enter the difference to be added.
Example: 4.0 hours paid on April 3, but actually worked 5.0 hours, enter 1.0 hour on April 3.
- If time is being docked from a prior period for hourly employees, do not enter time. Fix it on the paysheet.
Example: 4.0 hours paid on April 3, but actually worked 2.0 hours, enter minus 2.0 hours on the paysheet. Do not enter anything on the Timesheet.
- If an absence is being entered for a prior period, for a salaried employee simply enter the absence. No other action is required.
- If an absence is being entered for a prior period, for a non-salaried employee enter the absence. If the absence requires time to be docked, then follow Item #2 above.
