ISSUE: Cannot obtain search results in HCM this morning (08/31/16)

8:30 am update: ISSUE RESOLVED
The issue of not being able to search for staff has been resolved in HCM.

7:30 am:
Multiple districts have reported that they can log into PeopleSoft HCM today (08/31/16) but on search screens cannot find staff (no results return). Screen examples are Job Data and Review Self Service Paycheck. This has been escalated and will be resolved as soon as possible. A sign-on message was posted in Portal to make all users aware. A new sign-on message will be posted when this is resolved and the Customer Resource Center will also send you another announcement.
