The Customer Resource Center is receiving several HEAT tickets requesting the use of Correct History to remove Short Work Break (SWB) rows in Job Data for various job actions. This is a reminder for you that if the Short Work Break process is interrupted by removing the Short Work Break row or Return to Work row this will have an impact on the employee’s current month Pay Status and possible future months.

Please take caution to audit paysheets and the job records prior to Final Calc.
