How to Personalize the Timesheet Summary (Timesheet) Screen

The PeopleSoft Functional Upgrade on June 1, 2020, included a previously unidentified change to how information is displayed in the results section of the Timesheet Summary screen. After the upgrade the employee’s Job Title is displayed on the Time Summary tab and the Position Number and Position Title are displayed on the Demographics tab. The employee’s Position Number and Description were displayed on the Time Summary tab prior to the upgrade.

A new Personalize Timesheet Summary (Personalize Timesheet Summary.pdf) Job Aid describes how to Personalize the Timesheet Summary screen so the employee’s Position Number and Position Title are displayed on the Time Summary tab and the Job Title is displayed on the Demographics tab. The new Personalize Timesheet Summary.pdf can be found in the Time & Labor – TL1 Time & Labor section on the Resources > PeopleSoft Resources > Guides and Job Aids page of the PeopleSoft Support website.
