How to handwrite employee’s names on 8/31/17 paychecks with missing names; use First Middle Last format

The purpose of this communication is to clarify how to handwrite employee’s names on 8/31/17 paychecks with missing names.

ACTION ITEM: Please handwrite (print) in black or blue ink the employee’s name in the “Pay to” field based on Column N of the file provided to you by Payroll Audit or MITI. Please note the file is in Last/First/Middle format. You will need to transpose the information and write it in this format: First Middle Last.

Examples (Column N): 
  • Mouse,Mickey L – Handwrite as “Mickey L Mouse” 
  • Duck,Donald John – Handwrite as “Donald John Duck” 
  • Tiger Jr,Daniel – Handwrite as “Daniel Tiger Jr”
