The purpose of this communication is to clarify how to handwrite employee’s names on 8/31/17 paychecks with missing names. ACTION ITEM: Please handwrite (print) in black or blue ink the employee’s name in the “Pay to” field based on Column N of the file provided to you by Payroll Audit or MITI. Please note the file is in Last/First/Middle format. You will need to transpose the information and write it in this format: First Middle Last. ![]() Examples (Column N):
