How to Get Help with PeopleSoft in January 2015!

Greetings! On Monday, January 5, 2014, the following districts will go live with PeopleSoft Finance and HCM:
  • Group 2 Finance: Borrego Springs, Carlsbad, Fallbrook Elem, Fallbrook High, Encinitas, San Dieguito (6) 
  • Group 1 HCM: Coronado, Lakeside, La Mesa-Spring Valley, SDCOE (4) 
As a PeopleSoft contact, the SDCOE CRC analysts and technicians will provide you with PeopleSoft Help Desk support. When you need assistance, have an issue, or need to submit a screenshot, simply create a ticket online or call us at (800) 289-1500 and press “2” for Finance and “3” for HCM. We track all issues in our HEAT Call Logging System so you can see the status.

We have set up two 45-minute webinars—one next Thursday, one the week after—to demonstrate the HEAT ticket system and teach you how to log in. When you are done, you should be able to log in, set up your password recovery, then be ready to create tickets in January. These webinars will be conducted by Peyri Herrera and Vanessa Boyle. As a PeopleSoft contact, it is very important that you attend one of these sessions. If you are not able to attend, please have a colleague participate so you can get this important information. NOTE: If you are a Group 1 contact who has already used HEAT for Finance and you have already received this information, you do not need to attend.
