How to enter an emergency contact for an employee

To enter an emergency contact for an employee, navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Emergency Contact. Find the desired employee. Add an emergency contact’s information (name and relationship are required). If you need to enter more than one phone number for the emergency contact, use the Other Phone Numbers tab. Click Save.
