How do I add an Emergency Contact for an employee?

The SDCOE CRC has updated the HR3 New Hires and Job Data Guide v2.2.pdf guide (79 pp.) with instructions on how to add an emergency contact for an employee and a report that you can run that will display emergency contact information for all employees at your district. Please download this guide and look for the changes in Part III: Entering Additional Person/Job Information and Part VII: Running HR Reports and Reviewing Job Information.
