Yesterday, March 16, 2016, Peyri Herrera reached out to over 200 customers from 27 organizations asking if they would participate in a CRC Satisfaction Survey. The email invitation was sent to anyone who has submitted 5 or more HEAT tickets since July 1, 2015. The organizations involved are Borrego Springs, Cajon Valley, Cardiff, Carlsbad, Coronado, Dehesa, Encinitas, Escondido Elementary, Escondido High, Fallbrook Elementary, Fallbrook High, Grossmont, Jamul-Dulzura, Julian Elementary, Julian High, La Mesa-Spring Valley, Lakeside, Poway, San Dieguito, San Marcos, San Pasqual, SDCOE, South Bay, Spencer Valley, Vallecitos, Vista, and Warner. The goal of the survey is to find out how the CRC is doing and make improvements so we can provide you the best service possible. Since yesterday at 5:00 pm, we have already received over 50 responses. Thank you for your time and participation!
