HEAT Self Service: Please do not click export buttons until further notified

HEAT Self Service users: Effective March 31, 2016, two buttons appear on the Issue Tickets page in HSS: Export Excel and Export PDF. While this was an enhancement that was added in the 3/31/16 upgrade, HEAT (the vendor) has let SDCOE know that additional work needs to be performed to make the buttons work properly to export tickets. Please do not try to use these two buttons until further notified.
