HCM Absence Management and Time & Labor Query Updates

The following HCM Absence Management and Time & Labor queries have been updated: 
  1. District Absence Balances (M_AM_DISTRICT_BALANCES). 
  2. Reported Time Audit (M_TL_REPORTED_TIME_AUDIT). 
  3. TL Payable Time Audit (M_TL_PAYABLE_TIME_AUDIT). 
Note: The M_TL_PAYABLE_TIME_AUDIT_DIST query has been retired because the updated M_TL_PAYABLE_TIME_AUDIT query now has a District prompt.

District Absence Balances (M_AM_DISTRICT_BALANCES) Query
A new Employee ID prompt has been added so you can get a list of absence balances for an individual employee rather than downloading the results to an Excel spreadsheet and filtering for a specific employee. You can still get a list of all employees’ absence balances by typing a percent sign (%) in the Employee ID prompt box. 

 

The Accrual Hours Factor found on the Job Data screen has also been added to the query as requested by organizations: 


Reported Time Audit (M_TL_REPORTED_TIME_AUDIT) Query
A new Employee ID prompt has been added so you can get a list of reported time entries for an individual employee rather than downloading the results to an Excel spreadsheet and filtering for a specific employee. This option will help with troubleshooting issues with an employee’s reported time worked found on the Timesheet screen. You can still get a list of all employees’ reported time by typing a percent sign (%) in the Employee ID prompt box. 

 
The Estimated Gross has also been added to the query after the Hourly/Daily Rate and before the Reported Status as requested by organizations:

Payable Time Audit (M_TL_PAYABLE_TIME_AUDIT) Query
A new District prompt has been added where you can select your district number from the lookup tool list. Only SDCOE staff with specific security roles can enter a percent sign (%) to list all districts. If you enter a percent sign in the District prompt box the query will only return employees from your district, not all districts, due to your security roles which prevent you from viewing other district’s information. A new Employee ID prompt has been added so you can get a list of payable time entries for an individual employee. This option will help with troubleshooting issues with an employee’s payable time that has already been paid or will be paid. You can still get a list of all employees’ payable time by typing a percent sign (%) in the Employee ID prompt box.
  

The Payroll Request Number, Payroll Request Descr, Payroll Run ID, and On/Off Cycle flag have also been added to the query after the Frozen Date and before the Combo Code as requested by organizations:
