FIXED: Two PeopleSoft access issues today, 01/29/18 – 6:30 PM UPDATE

Accessing PeopleSoft ESS: This morning we sent an announcement at 7:35 am that stated Employee Self-Service (ESS) page is not loading. This was resolved at 2:05 pm, then users began reporting ESS intermittent activity and slowness. As of 6:30 pm, this is resolved.

Accessing HCM via the Secure Authorization Portal: This morning we sent an announcement at 8:30 am that stated Secure Authorization Portal users are unable to access HCM. As of 6:30 pm, this is resolved.
