FIXED: Certificated Daily Rate now displays accurately after clicking Save button

On September 15, 2017, the CRC sent an announcement titled Certificated Daily Rate not displaying accurately after clicking Save button on Compensation tab on Job Data. At that time, when adding a new row and saving the updated record, the daily rate on Job Data did not initially reflect accurately until a nightly process recalculated the Certificated employee’s daily rate. This issue has now been fixed. Effective December 4, 2017, when adding a row to a Certificated employee, clicking Default Pay Components and Calculate Compensation will reflect the correct CDAYS and daily rate when you save the record.

NOTE: This fix does not correct the existing “Error 15” employees on the Data Entry Audit Query reported on September 19. MITI has identified 785 employees who have Error 15 and is working on correcting those; once resolved, we will send out an additional communication. This fix will, however, keep additional employees from receiving Error 15.
