FIXED – Absence balances are now fixed and up to date

In reference to the Nightly Absence Calc Process not run successfully announcement sent October 23rd, 2018, we wanted to let you know that it is now running successfully and absence balances are up to date on these screens:
  • Results by Calendar 
  • Timesheet > Absence tab 
  • Absence Request History 
Because you were unable to review balances during this time, we recommend that you run the M_ABSENCE_EVENT_STATUS query to get a list of all absence events that were forecasted as INELIGIBLE. Enter your organization number in the Co (Company) prompt and select a Begin Date. The Begin Date prompt is used by the query to list all “Ineligible” absences having a start date greater than the Begin Date.
