Yesterday, Tuesday, November 10, 2015, we bounced the Finance Production server at 4:45 am to address the recently reported performance issues. When we followed up with the users, they indicated that PeopleSoft Finance was no longer kicking them out and/or they were not experiencing slowness. However, a handful of other users were still seeing performance issues in the system.
Today, Wednesday, November 11, we bounced the Finance Production server again. We believe the performance issues are resolved.
ACTION: Please clear your browser cache before using PeopleSoft Finance.
If you are working in PeopleSoft Finance and (A) get kicked out, (B) cannot log in, or (C) experience slowness, and you have cleared your browser cache, please create a HEAT ticket.
