For Internet Explorer users.
Some users have reported issues and errors when attempting to export information from PeopleSoft using the download icon that looks like a grid, found on several pages in Finance and HCM.
This particular issue has been isolated to the Internet Explorer browser only and is an Internet Options setting that you need to change. To correct this issue, launch Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Local Intranet > Custom Level. Scroll to the section titled Downloads and ensure that both of these are enabled:
Once these setting have been changed, close Internet Explorer and open a new web browsing session.
