Exception Hourly Time Invoked for July 2020

This is for Districts that have Exception Hourly Employees:

Exception Hourly employees (those within the EXC-FIX or EXCFIX Workgroup who are active) have had their time invoked for the month of July.

Summer months are here! Please advise if you do not want the summer months to be loaded (August)! If you do not wish to have Scheduled hours invoked, please submit a Service Portal Ticket noting that. Schedules are invoked automatically unless communicated otherwise. Thank you to all who have already responded or configured their holiday calendars to address the summer months.

It is important to send updated Holiday Calendars to the PeopleSoft Support team so those may be configured. Exception Hourly employees’ scheduled hours will not be loaded onto the Timesheet screen for dates found on the holiday schedule. Recommend running the M_TL_HOLIDAY_SCHEDULE query to review current holidays and submit a Service Portal Ticket with updates.
