Employee Self-Service Direct Deposit Phase II Go Live Monday 07/06/2020

New Features icon

We are excited to bring you new features to the ESS Direct Deposit screen starting Monday, July 6, 2020. These new features include:
  • Notifications to employees when additions or changes are made.
  • Routing # look up functionality.
  • Warning message for employees when saving if no email is set up.
  • Nicknames for the accounts. Current accounts in the system default to Checking1, Checking2 or Savings1, Savings2 etc. The names can be edited.
  • Multiple account changes allowed in the same day as long as the additions are done first and all entries have not been deleted.
  • New Fluid look to allow for new features. This change moved Add button moved to the left and you have to hit arrow on the right to Edit and Remove accounts.
